CHRISTODOULOS PETRATOS - LIVIERATOS TRUST FUND

This Trust Fund was set up by the Will of Christodoulos Petratos (or Livieratos) dated 24/2/1972 which was executed by the Lower Court of Argostoli (protocol no. 52/6/4/1976).
The main revenue of the institution comes from a property located on Rizospaston Street in Argostoli, which due to its prime location, brings in a significant amount in rent.
This revenue is dispensed, according to the wishes of the benefactor, to the following beneficiaries:

• the Taxiarchon Church in Argostoli, one month's rent
• the in-house Orphanage, one month's rent
  
• Drapano Church, one month's rent
  
• The municipal employee at Drapano Cemetary , one month's rent
  
• St. Thekla Church, two month's rent
  
• The remaining months' rent is used for maintenance work on the property and to benefit the Old Age Home in Argostoli.

The administrative committee is composed of the Metropolitan of Cephalonia (President), the Mayor of Argostoli and the officiating priest at Taxiarchon Church.
